颅内血肿微创穿刺术和锥颅血肿抽吸术对于治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术和锥颅血肿抽吸术的疗效比较。方法本科自2001年5月至2011年9月对252例脑出血患者,采用北京万特福公司生产的YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针行超早期微创穿刺术治疗。自1990年6月至1998年7月,曾对106例脑出血患者采用锥颅血肿抽吸术治疗。对两组病例进行疗效比较。结果两种术式死亡率相近,无统计学意义。结论颅内血肿微创穿刺术操作简单省力,明显缩短了手术时间,减少了术后感染及抗生素使用时间,缩短平均住院时间,节省住院费用,可推广代替锥颅血肿抽吸术。
