摘要
目的:对乌藤镇痛胶囊主要成分进行薄层鉴别,对其稳定性进行考察。方法:采用薄层鉴别法鉴别处方中的青风藤;采用恒温、恒湿加速试验和长期试验对3批乌藤镇痛胶囊的内控指标进行测定,考察其稳定性。结果:紫外分光光度法鉴别分离度好,专属性强;3个批号的乌藤镇痛胶囊结果均符合各项规定,有效期初定为1年。结论:所建立之方法鉴别乌藤镇痛胶囊准确可靠、专属性强,乌藤镇痛胶囊稳定性良好。
Objective： To identify the main constituents of Wuteng analgesic capsule sing ultraviolet spectrophotometry method and to study its stability.Methods： Caulis Sinomenii in Wuteng analgesic capsule was identified by TLC;the internal controlled targets of 3 batch samples were determined by constant temperature and humidity accelerated testing as well as the long-term sample observation tests to investigate its stability.Results： The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific;the three batches of Wuteng analgesic capsule met all the standards,and would be valid for 1 year.Conclusion： The method is reliable and specific.Wuteng analgesic capsule is stable.
