摘要
作为非常规天然气的煤层气,勘探开发技术具有特殊性。水力压裂增产技术在浅部煤层气开发中已经得到广泛应用。埋深大于1 000 m的深埋煤层气资源量巨大,占我国煤层气总资源量的61.2%。较之浅煤层,深煤层具有高地应力、高地温、高岩溶水压、强烈的开采扰动的工程力学特征。深埋煤层气藏水力压裂增产面临着井壁稳定难、人工裂缝延伸规律性差、支撑剂有效输运难、煤层渗透率保护困难、煤层气吸附解析规律复杂等难题。鉴于此,有必要在现有的浅煤层压裂增产技术基础上,研制超低密度支撑剂和多重功效的压裂工作液体系,形成深埋煤层气体积压裂的配套技术,从而推动深埋煤层气压裂增产技术的发展。
Coalbed methane(CBM) is one kind of unconventional natural gas and its exploration and development have very strong specificity.Hydraulic fracturing technology has already been widely applied in shallow CBM development.China has enormous CBM resources and 61.2 % of which is buried deeper than 1000m.Compared with shallow coal seams,there are such special engineering mechanics features in deep coal seams as high subterranean stress,high subterranean temperature and high karsts water pressure.Thus,fracturing stimulation of deep buried CBM will face some difficulties,such as difficult borehole wall stabilization,poor manmade fracture extension regularity,difficult propping agent transportation,difficult coal seam permeability protection,complex CBM adsorption and analytical regularity.In order to enhance hydraulic fracturing treatment capacity of deep buried CBM,it is suggested that ultra low dense propping agent,multifunctional fracturing fluid and supporting technologies for increasing reservoir stimulation volume shall be developed according to shallow buried CBM stimulation techniques obtained already.
