In pushing forward the economic transformation for leapfrogging development in Shanxi province,theoretical workers of the Party should get a clear understanding of the following mission they undertake.They should try hard to study the basic theory providing ideological guarantee for the transformation,make efforts to study policies providing the intellectual support for the transformation,create excellent works providing cultural products of quality for the transformation,and make efforts to publicize policies and theories creating a good atmosphere for the transformation.
