摘要
通过对循环经济和逆向物流的内涵分析,指出逆向物流与循环经济互相支撑、互相依赖、互相促进的关系;并指出在逆向物流环境下冀东地区发展循环经济需要遵循的原则及具体步骤,以唐山钢铁行业循环经济系统为例进行了阐述。
By analysing the circular economy and the connotation of reverse logistics,the paper suggests the relationships of mutual support,dependent on and promote each other between circular economy and reverse logistcs.And it pointed out the principles and steps we develop the circular economy in east Hebei province under the environment of reverse logistics.And last we take the circular economy system of Tangshan steel industry as an example to expound.
