摘要
针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机的特点,设计了其专用调速控制系统。介绍了无刷直流电机系统的基本组成和三相全桥驱动工作原理。以C8051F310高性能单片机为核心,设计了硬件系统,对关键电路和软件设计进行了详细分析和阐述。利用PID控制算法进行了调速实验,实验结果表明,系统具有良好的动静态特性。
Aimed at the features of Senseless Brushless DC Motor( BLDCM), a speed-adjustment control system was introduced. Basic components of BLDCM system and Three-phase All-bridge Drive principle were introduced. The hardware was designed with the core of C8051 F310 MCU. Key circuit and software design were introduced in detail. Speed-adjustment experiment was made with PID control. Experiment results indicated that the system had good both dynamic and static characteristic.
