摘要
目的通过对上海市徐汇区十三家社区卫生服务中心,2008年～2010年家庭病床实施服务的情况分析,思考推进家庭医生制服务工作。方法对2008年1月1日～2010年12月31日,徐汇区十三家社区卫生中心家床工作汇总报表和调查问卷表,进行统计分析。结果 2010年与2008年相比新建家庭病床数减少了10.2%。而社区慢病病人管理,残疾人上门康复服务,80岁以上老人上门保健服务数量增加了37.08%。参加家床服务的全科医生数量增加了17.83%,人员素质有较明显的提高。结论说明社区全科医生不是单一的服务于家床病人,而是在社区开展预防、保健、康复等"六位一体"的全面服务工作,实行家庭医生责任制的条件基本成熟,是完全可行的。

Conclusion The doctor is not a single general that community service on the home in bed, but the patient communities prevention, care and rehabilitation, etc ＂six one＂ of comprehensive services, a family doctor work responsibility system of basic conditions mature, is completely feasible.
