摘要 常减压装置的能耗直接关系到整个炼油厂的能耗水平。大港石化公司减压炉应用膜法富氧局部增氧射流助燃系统后,减压炉燃烧状况明显好转、效率提高了0.55%,燃料消耗明显降低,减压炉能耗降低了5.95%,具有一定的节能效益和环保效益。 The energy consumption of Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is directly related to the whole plant energy consumption level.After he application of membrane process oxygen—enriched local oxygen jet combustion system in the vacuum furnace in Dagang Petrochemical Company,vacuum furnace's combustion is obviously improved,efficiency increased by 0.55%, fuel consumption decreased significantly,energy consumption decreased by 5.95%,and the application of this system has significant energy—saving and obvious environmental benefit.
