带电检测技术在避雷器状态诊断中的成功应用 被引量:39

摘要 主要介绍了带电检测技术在避雷器状态诊断中的一次成功应用的案例。针对红外热成像检测到避雷器存在局部异常发热的情况,检测避雷器泄漏电流发现其阻性分量比正常避雷器阻性分量大一倍,确定了避雷器存在故障并及时更换故障避雷器,通过对故障避雷器进行多种电气试验并解体,使测试结论得到了验证。避雷器故障原因是密封不良造成电阻片进水受潮,泄漏电流阻性分量增大,腔体内的水汽局部放电引起避雷器本体局部发热。因此,红外热像技术、泄漏电流阻性性分量检测能准确诊断避雷器状态。 A successful application of the case which used the live detection technology in the diagnosis of lightning arrester state is mainly introduced. It is found that resistance of the lightning arrester, existing local anomalies of fever by infrared thermal imaging inspection, is twice larger than the one which is normal, the fault lightning arrester is confirmed and changed in time. And the test results has been verified through various kinds of electrical test and the disintegration. The reason of lightning arrester fault is the poor valve seal of moisture and water and the leakage current resistance component increase, partial discharge of the water vapor in body cavity cause lightning arrester ontology local fever. Therefore, the lightning arrester state can be an accurately diagnosed by the infrared thermal imaging technology and the leakage current resistance component test.
