摘要
目的探讨全院性医学影像存栏和通信系统(Full PACS)在医院临床工作中的应用价值。方法采用中间数据库接口方式实现医院信息系统(HIS)及各种临床信息系统与PACS完全整合。结果 Full PACS实现了双屏调阅多种检查、多次检查、多个序列或多个时相的影像资料同时浏览;实现了实时影像测量、缩小或放大、调窗及数据统计等后处理功能。结论 Full PACS的顺利运行将为电子病历、医疗区域化、社会保险网络化打下坚实基础。
Objective To investigate the application value of Full PACS in the clinic work of hospital.Methods Particularly describes the interface design between PACS/RIS and HIS,which adopts middle-database mode in detail.Results Full PACS have realized various browse functions and post-treatment processes.Conclusion Smoothly operation of the Full PACS will lay the foundation of the electronic medical record,medical regionalization and social insurance networking.
