碳钢激光脉冲宽度打微孔的研究 被引量:2

A Research on Drilling Microporous on Carbon Steel by Laser Pulse Width

摘要 激光打孔是激光加工的主要应用领域之一,取五种不同厚度的碳钢材料进行了激光打微孔实验,利用双因素无重复试验方法分析了激光脉冲宽度和碳钢含碳量对激光打微孔的质量影响,为激光打微孔的激光参数合理选择提供了可行的方法。 Laser drilling is one of the main application areas in laser processing, this paper makes experiments on five carbon steel materials with different thickness and analyzes the effects of laser pulse width and the carbon content of carbon steel on the quality of laser drilling by dual-factor test and non-repetition test method, which provides feasible methods for reasonable parameter choice in drilling microporous.
