摘要
目的:通过分析注射泵的原理、检测方法、检测结果及检测过程中出现的问题,提出解决方案,以提高检测准确率和效率。方法:用两台不同厂家的输液泵检测仪对医院所有使用中、新购和维修后的注射泵进行检测。结果:通过分析注射泵检测中出现的流量不准、报警不准、无法确定限值的原因,采取使用配套的注射器和输液管、及时维修、与厂方联系等不同方法解决,保证了注射泵的量值准确和临床使用安全。结论:注射泵的质量控制是非常必要的,只有认真按照规程检测,才能保障临床安全使用,为患者提供可靠的服务。
Objective：To analyze the problems in injection pump such as principles, testing methods, test results and testing process to look for the solutions to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency. Methods：We used two sets of different manufacturer infusion pump to test the injection pump for hospital in process of test. Results：Through careful analysis of inaccurate reasons of flow and alarm, we put forward solutions to ensure the injection pump accuracy. Conclusion：Quality control of injection pump is very important. Only through serious testing in accordance with regulations to protect its clinical safety can we provide the reliable service to patients.
