不同软段水性聚氨酯性能探究 被引量:14

Properties of Aqueous Polyurethane Prepared from Different Soft Segment

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、5种相同分子质量不同结构的大分子二元醇为主要原料,合成了一系列水性聚氨酯乳液(APU)。通过热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、耐水性及耐碱性测试,研究不同结构软段水性聚氨酯胶膜的耐热性、耐水性及耐碱性。试验结果表明:聚醚型水性聚氨酯胶膜耐水及耐碱性能较好,聚环氧丙烷二醇(N220)基水性聚氨酯的耐低温性较好,而聚酯型水性聚氨酯的耐低温性能则相对较弱;各不同结构软段水性聚氨酯相比较,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、聚碳酸酯(PC)基水性聚氨酯胶膜耐热性及耐水性能较佳。 The aqueous polyurethane dispersions (APU) were prepared from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), five different varieties of polymer diols with same molecular weight. In addition, the thermal properties were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Water resistance and alkali resistance were also discussed. The results indicate that polyether-aqueous polyurethane has better water resistance and alkali resistance. APU films prepared from polypropylene oxide glycol (N220) have better low temperature resistance than that of polyester-aqueous polyurethane. APU films prepared from polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) or polycarbonate glycol (PC) have better heat resistance and water resistance.
