阻断胰岛素样生长因子-1受体信号传导路径对人乳腺癌细胞放射增敏作用机制研究 被引量：5

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子-1受体（insulin-likegrowthfactor-1receptor，IGF-1R）在多种肿瘤中存在过表达，并与肿瘤细胞增殖、存活、侵袭及转移密切相关^[1-2]。最近研究表明IGF-IR的表达与肿瘤放射抗拒相关^[3]，但其对肿瘤放射敏感性的调节机制尚不清楚，故采用IGF-1R小分子抑制剂AG1024研究其对乳腺癌细胞的放射增敏机制。
