摘要
目的观察短期胰岛素泵强化治疗初发2型糖尿病的效果及安全性。方法对2009年1月至2011年2月在我院内分泌科检查新诊断确定为2型糖尿病的48例患者,使用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗2周,检测治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、体质量指数变化及用药过程中低血糖发生情况,并对以上指标进行比较分析。结果经胰岛素泵强化治疗患者糖尿病症状逐渐好转、消失,用药过程中,无1例患者发生低血糖;治疗后患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油明显下降,治疗前后比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05);体质量指数变化不明显无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论初发2型糖尿病患者使用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗,可以有效控制高血糖,改善脂代谢,药物使用安全性高,低血糖发生率低。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety in using short-term intensive insulin pump to treat the patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Method To treated 48 patients with two weeks short-term intensive insulin pump who was newly-diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from the internal medicine department of our hospital from January, 2009 to February, 2011, The Indexes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, body mass index and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the medication process before and after treatment were detected and analyzed. Results The patients with intensive insulin pump treatment showed that their diabetic symptoms gradually improved or disappeared. In the medication process, no hypoglycemia happened. The indexes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides decreased significantly after treatment. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） between before and after treatment. Body mass index showed no significant change （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with insulin pump intensive treatment showed that their high blood sugar were controlled effectively, and at the same time their lipid metabolism were improved. The medication is highly safe and with low incidence of hypoglycemia.
