摘要
目的观察复方光明胶囊对视网膜光损伤的治疗作用.方法通过手术显微镜光源持续照射造模,以形成实验性SD大鼠视网膜光损伤模型,造模成功后,治疗组灌胃不同剂量(高、中、低)的复方光明胶囊混悬液,空白对照组及模型对照组灌胃生理盐水,并于灌胃前、后行光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检查,观察视网膜厚度变化情况.结果造模后,空白组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,高、中、低剂量组视网膜厚度均较治疗前有不同程度增加,各组治疗前后自身比较及治疗后各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论复方光明胶囊对视网膜光损伤具有一定的治疗作用.
Objective To observe the effect of compound Guangming capsule in treating retinal light damage.Methods We used the light source of surgical microscope to continuously irradiate the macular of SD rats,to form the model of retinal light damage.Then,all rats were divided into high,medium and low-dose group,control group and model control group.After modeling,all rats accepted OCT examination.Then,rats in high,medium and low-dose group were all fed with different doses of compound Guangming capsule.Fourteen days later,we made all rats accepted OCT examination again.Results We found the difference of OCT among all groups.After treatment,the average thickness of macular area in all groups were higher than that of before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound Guangming capsule has therapeutic effect on retinal light damage.
