摘要
引江济汉通航工程龙州垸船闸三角闸门规模和承受水头为国内外现役和在建船闸三角门之最。由于三角闸门空间结构复杂,结构尺寸大、计算工况多、受力复杂,在设计计算时无成熟的计算公式。为了掌握该闸门结构在各种工况下的应力、应变情况,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了大型三角闸门的有限元模型,分析了三角闸门结构的应力、位移以及稳定性等,并校核了该闸门的强度和刚度,评估闸门的安全性。计算结果为完善闸门结构的设计提供了依据,同时对闸门安装、运行都有很好的指导意义。
The size of the sector lock gate in Longzhouyuan ship lock of water diversion project from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River is the largest at home and abroad. The water head of the gate bore is also the highest. There are many features which make it is very difficult to analysis the gate by maturity formulas, such as the complexity of 3D spatial structures and stress state, various conditions, the large size of the structure and so on. In order to make known the stress and strain of the gate under various conditions, the finite element analysis model of the large -scale sector lock gate is established by ANSYS finite element method software. The strength, displacement and stability of the sector lock gate are analyzed in this paper. The strength and rigidity of the gate are checked and its safety is assessed. The analysis results could provide a scientific basis to make the design of the lock gate more perfect, and have important value in making the decision for the installation and maintenance of the lock gate.
