摘要
大学生科研团队是当前高校培养创新人才的主要模式。在提高大学生创新能力、科研能力及团队协作能力的过程中,科研团队思想政治教育的重要性日益突显。在思想政治教育过程中,要重点培养团队学生的思想素质、道德情操、心理素质及科学精神,并在实施过程中采取有效的途径和方法。
University students＇ scientific research team is the main pattern of training innovative talents. Ideological and political education of scientific research team is of great importance to improve students＇ scientific research and innovation ability as weU as to devek, p their team cooperation. University students＇ ideological quality, moral sentiment, psychological quality and scientific spirit should be emphasized in ideological and political education process and effective methods should be applied in this process.
