摘要
中日韩三国作为环黄渤海地区最重要的经济体,注重地缘经济的互补性,对国家战略进行调整,都把环黄渤海地区作为21世纪国家经济发展战略重点地区。随着环黄渤海地区各国间经济依存度进一步提高,需要采取多层次、多交叉的合作形式。从环黄渤海地区经济发展与合作的角度,提出了区域合作的战略构想,并在此基础上提出了具体产业合作方案:加强海、空港物流领域交流与合作;促进造船、机械、汽车等产业交流与合作;加强高新技术领域交流与合作;发展产业集群,扩大区域合作;扩大教育、医疗、休闲、购物、旅游等领域交流与合作等。产业合作将加快21世纪环黄渤海地区经济发展与合作的步伐。
As the most important economies in the area around Huanghai and Bohai, China, Japan and Korean pay attention to the synergy of geo-economics and adjust national strategy. They all take the area around Huanghai and Bohai as the important strategy area of national economic development in the 21st century. Along with the rise of economic dependence between countries in the area around Huanghai and Bohai, they need muhilayer and muhicross areas and ways of cooperation. This article proposed the strategic concept of regional cooperation from the angel of economic development and cooperation of the area around Huanghai and Bohai. On this basis this article also bring forward the specific industry cooperation scheme： strength the exchanges and cooperation in the area of seaport and airport, promote the exchanges and cooperation of industries such as shipbuilding, mechanical and automobile, strength the exchanges and cooperation in the area of high- tech, develop industry cluster and expand regional cooperation, expand the exchanges and cooperation in areas of education, medical, leisure, shopping and touring, etc. The industry cooperation will promote the pace of the economy development and cooperation of the area around Huanghai and Bohai in the 21st century.
