The paper introduces the basic status of the No.1 bid road surface in BT project of the 4th ring expressway in Shenyang,has the full-sided and detailed illustration on the construction technique of the surface layer of the asphalt concrete,and introduces the key elements for the surface layer construction control of the asphalt concrete,so as to provide the direction for the similar asphalt concrete road surface construction.
