摘要
目的:建立柏子养心丸中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法.方法:采用超声提取方法,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器检测.流动相:乙腈-水(35:65),结果:黄芪甲苷在4.06～8.12μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为96.20%,RSD为1.03%.结论:由结果证明,本方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定及质量控制.
To establish an method for Determination of astragloside IV in Baiziyangxinwan. Method To use the extraction and HPLC--ELSD. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile--water（35：65）. Results：Astragloside IV showed good linear relationship in the range of 4.06-8. 12μg, and the average recovery of astragloside Ⅳwas 96.20%, RSD=1. 03%. Conclusion：The method is simple and curate, and it is applicable for the quality control of Baiziyangxinwan.
