基于无线传感器网络的实验室混合气体远程定量分析

摘要 为解决实验室排放液体、气体废弃物严重污染环境的问题,应用无线传感器网络技术,设计了实验室环境远程监测系统。采用单一热线型半导体气敏元件HS-513温度调制技术,运用支持向量机回归算法建立混合气体分析模型,提高小样本情况下的泛化性能,实现了对混合气体的定量分析。对乙醇和二甲苯两种混合气体样本进行实验,结果表明该系统可有效分析实验室混合气体成份,具有较高的精度,并可通过无线传感器网络对混合气体远程实时监测分析。 In order to solve the serious pollution caused by the liquid and waste gas emission from the lab, the remote system of monitoring the lab environment was designed, employing the technology of the network of distant wireless sensors. The technology of the HS -513 single hotwire-type semiconductor gas sensor was adopted. Using support vector machine training algorithm to establish the analysis module of mixed gases, and improving the generalization ability in the condition of the restricted samples, the quantitative analysis of the mixed gases was attained. The samples of two kinds of mixed-gases of ethanol and xylene were experimented, whose results prove that the referred system can effectively analyze the contents of the mixed gas in the lab with high accuracy via the network of wireless sensors that monitor and analyze the mixed gas at real time from distance.
