摘要
对万家寨引黄工程渣场的选址、防洪标准及整治措施进行了分析。认为:渣场选址应避开或远离大江大河;渣量大于20万m3的渣场防洪标准应定为20 a一遇,其他渣场防洪标准应定为10 a一遇;渣顶覆土应根据有关技术规范进行,土渣坡可不进行覆土,石渣坡应先覆土后种草或种植适合当地生长的柠条等;渣场施工时间应尽量选择在每年的3月下旬至6月底。
General situation of the spoil area of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project was introduced and the protection and improvement methods were analyzed in this paper. The results show that the sites of the spoil area should be kept away from large rivers ; the standard of flood control frequency for the spoil area should be once in every 20 years for those with capacity exceeds 200 000 m3 and once in 10 years for others. Earthing- up for the top-field should be processed according to related technical criteria. The earthing-up practices may not necessarily be carried out for earth spoil slops, but for quarry rubbish slopes, it should be earthed-up first and followed with grass planting, or other plants suitable for the local conditions, for example Caragana intermedia. The construction time period for the spoil area should be from late March to late June.
