车体结构振动模态仿真与试验一致性分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过对比分析车体钢结构和整备两种车体状态中的仿真和试验数据,利用试验数据,采用尺寸优化的方式,调整弹性支撑刚度系数来修改车体的边界约束条件,使得仿真数据与试验数据达到很好的相关度,为以后的车体模态计算分析提供强有力的支持. Based on the contrastive analysis of the similation and test data from carbody steel structure and preparation conditions, the elastic supporting stiffness coefficient is adjusted to modify the boundary conditions of the carbody using size optimization method for obtaining high correlation degree between the data from simulation and test. The results of the study can provide reference for the simulation calculation and analysis of the carbody.
