摘要
为开发冷弯薄壁轻型钢结构住宅结构体系的专用CAD/CAM软件,在介绍并分析该类结构体系及其典型连接节点的组成和构造特点的基础上,依据实际设计工作进行软件的功能设计和流程划分,设计从设计模型到计算模型、再到深化模型的软件架构和操作模式.该类结构体系基于部件进行设计、计算和拼装,据此界定墙片、楼盖区块和单榀平面屋架等基本软件对象,设计部件-构件的层次化对象数据结构,以兼顾结构设计与深化设计的不同要求.在AutoCAD图形平台上编制该CAD/CAM软件,实现建模、计算和绘图等若干核心功能.
To develop a special CAD/CAM software for residence building structure system of cold-formed thin-wall lightweight steel structure,the constitution and construction characteristics of this kind of structure system and its typical connection joints are introduced and analyzed,and the function design and logical division of working flow are implemented according to the practical design work;the software framework and operation procedures are designed as starting from design model to calculation model then to detailing model.The structural design,calculation and installation of the structure system is based on assemblies,hereby basic software objects are determined as wall sheet,floor region,single sheet of planar roof truss.A hierarchy data structure of assembly-member object is designed to meet the different requirements of structural design and detailing design.The CAD/CAM software is developed based on AutoCAD graphics platform,and the kernel functions are realized for modeling,calculation,drawing,and so on.
