摘要
为分析白苞蒿石油醚提取物的化学成分,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对白苞蒿石油醚提取物的化学成分进行分析.结果表明,从白苞蒿石油醚提取物中共分离出58种组分,鉴定出其中的57种,占流出峰总面积的81.565%,以酯类和萜类物质为主,其中含量最多的为酯类,种类最丰富含量其次的为萜类.酯类物质中含量最高的为蓓半萜γ-内酯(24.054%),乔木素(5.825%);萜类物质中含量最高的吉玛烯D(7.993%).本试验的结果可为白苞蒿的进一步开发利用提供依据.
To analyze the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from Arternisia lactiflora Wall, GC-MS technology was applied to analyze and identify chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from Arternisia lactiflora Wall. 57 kinds of constituents were identified from petroleum ether extract in Artemisia lactiflora Wall. ,the peak areas of the identified components accounted for 81. 565% of the total peak areas of components. Most of them were mainly esters and terpenes, among which esters occupied first place and the most plentiful kinds of terpenes came second. The highest Arglabin,Arborescin in esters Germacrene D in terpenes occupied 24. 054%, 5. 825% , 7. 993% respectively. The results of experiment provide reference for further development of Arternisia lactiflora Wall.
