摘要
创意农业是一种新的农业形态,其本质属性是创意产业,对提高农业经济效益,推动农业产业结构优化升级,推进社会主义新农村建设等具有重要意义,但人才匮乏已经成为制约我国创意农业发展的瓶颈。叙述了创意农业人才的内涵及高等农业院校培养创意农业人才的重要意义,对培养创意农业人才的路径进行了探讨。我国高等农业院校要充分发挥自身人才培养优势,联合企业和政府相关部门加大力度培养创意农业人才,促进我国创意农业的发展。
Creative agriculture is a kind of new agricultural form, it＇s very important for improving agricultural economic benefits, upgrading agricultural structure and promoting socialist new countryside construction, but lack of talents has become the bottleneck of creative agricultural development. The connotation of creative agricultural talents and the significance of agricultural college training creative agricultural talents were introduced, and the methods for training creative agricultural talents were also discussed. China＇s agricultural colleges should give full play to its personnel training advantages, combining with enterprises and government departments to cultivate creative agricultural talents in order to promote the development of creative agriculture in China.
