通用储能系统数学模型及其PSASP建模研究 被引量:45

A Mathematical Model of Versatile Energy Storage System and Its Modeling by Power System Analysis Software Package

摘要 随着光伏、风能发电等并网发电容量的不断增加,储能系统作为平抑功率波动的重要手段被广泛关注。研究合理的储能系统配置,改善系统暂态响应,成为增强电网对新能源发电接纳能力的重要技术手段。为研究不同储能系统对电网机电暂态响应的影响,提出了一种适用于电力系统机电暂态计算的通用储能系统模型。该模型可以体现储能系统响应时延、充放电功率限制、储能容量限制等储能系统特性参数。通过电力系统综合分析软件PSASP的用户自定义模型UD模块进行自定义建模仿真,分析验证了该模型的有效性,并对算例系统中光伏发电出力变化对弱电网的系统频率造成的影响进行了仿真分析,并提出了储能系统配置的相关建议。 With the increasing application of PV and wind power, special attention is being paid to energy storage system, which is regarded as an important manner to smooth power fluctuation. Reasonable layout of energy storage systems become an important issue to enhance the ability of power grid to accept the new energy sources. In order to study the impacts of various energy storage systems on electromechanical transient response of power grid, a versatile energy storage system model suitable to the electromechanical transient calculation of power grid is proposed, by which the characteristic parameters of energy storage system such as time-delay of system resoponse, limitation of charging and discharging and restraint of energy storage capacity can be considered, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by user-defined modules in Power System Analysis Software Package (PSASP), a study on the impact of sudden change of output of PV power generation on frequency of the example system is simulated, the suggestion on layout of energy storage systems is given.
