摘要
为引起高职院校管理者对非学历教育工作的重视。本文从高职院校非学历教育中存在的问题、定位及开展非学历教育的原则、效果等四个方面探讨了高职院校非学历教育的地位和作用。提出了高职院校开展非学历教育的原则和意义；因此在高职院校中确立非学历教育的重要地位是非常必要的。
The objective of this paper to cause the attention of managers in higher vocational colleges to non - academic education. It analyses the status and role of non diploma education in vocational colleges from existing problems, positioning, principles and effect, those four aspects in vocational college education. Therefore, it put forwards the principles and significance of the higher vocational non - degree education. Finally it gets the conclusion that it is very necessary to establish an important position for non diploma education in Higher Vocational Colleges
