摘要
水泥工业作为建材行业的传统生产工业,是典型的高能耗、高材耗、高污染的行业,贵州省由于经济发展的限制这一特性表现得尤为突出。加快推进水泥工业企业的节能减排刻不容缓。运用循环经济理论,以"3R原则"为指导,通过清洁生产,实现水泥工业的"减量化";技术创新,促进水泥工业的"再利用";建立生态产业链,实现水泥的"资源化"以及政府政策的引导等途径,探究一条能推进贵州省水泥工业企业节能减排的有效途径。
Being typical and traditional industrial production in building materials industry,cement industry is energy-consuming,material-consuming and highly polluting.This is especially prominent in Guizhou province because of the limitations of the economical development.Therefore,it is of great urgency to accelerate energy saving and emission reduction in cement industry.This paper,based on circular economy theory and 3R rules,attempts to find an effective approach by using clean production,carrying out reduction of the production of cement industry,technological innovation to accelerate the re-use of cement industry,form ecological industry chain and make cement industry a resource itself under the guidance of government policy.
