摘要
专业教学团队是专业建设、教学改革的最基层单位,专业教学团队建设的水平,直接影响教学质量的提高,本文分析了高职院校专业教学团队的基本结构,提出构建"四双"专业教学团队的基本方法,分析当前构建"四双"专业教学团队存在的困难,并提出相应的对策。
Professional teaching teams are the most basic units in the construction of profession and the reform of teaching. The level of the construction of professional teaching teams will have direct effects on the improvement of teaching quality. In this paper,the author analyzes the basic structure of the professional teaching team and proposes the basic method to build ＂Quadruple- Double＂ teaching team in higher vocational schools, the current difficulties in building the ＂Quadruple--Double＂ teaching teams, and the corresponding countermeasures are also analyzed in this paper.
