大学班主任在学校管理中处于重要的地位,作为班级的管理者和组织者,是连接学生与学校、学生与任课教师的桥梁和纽带。作者结合担任大学班主任的工作经历,从学习、学风建设、班干部队伍建设三个方面进行了探讨。
University head teacher played an important role in school management.As a manager and organizer of class,head teacher was the bridge and link connected students and schools,students and teachers.Based on the working experience as a head teacher,the authors introduced the experience from study,construction of study style and class cadre team.
