摘要
上海"十二五"规划首次提出了将上海建设成国际文化大都市的构想。论文分析了推进文化大都市建设的背景与成就,总结了上海将执政部门"办文化"逐渐转到"管文化"、确立以市场为主体的文化发展趋势、实施打造精品的文化发展战略、确立重大文化活动的品牌效应等经验;提出了推进国际文化大都市建设的动力与空间:拓展更加开放宽容的文化发展空间,营构更加竞争和谐的文化创新氛围,营建更加多元高雅的商业文化品牌。
The twelfth five-year period of Shanghai first put forward the construction of an international cultural metropolis.This article analyzed the background and achievements of propelling building an international cultural metropolis,summarizes the development tendency of taking market as the subjective body in managing the development of cultural industry,implemented the cultural development strategy by producing competitive products and establish the brand effect of important cultural activities;mentioned the dynamic and space for building an international cultural metropolis;expand a more open and tolerant culture development space,build and construct harmonious culture innovation atmosphere and construct more elegant business cultural brand.
