摘要
数字图书馆信息资源管理广义上包括了数字信息资源管理、人力资源管理、技术设备管理,本文从狭义的角度论述了数字信息内容的管理,从数字信息资源的组织、整合到共享三个层次上论述了数字信息资源的优化配置,最后阐述了在数字信息资源配置过程易产生的知识产权问题。
Information resources management in digital library includes the management of information, personnel, and technical equip- ment in a broad sense. This paper discusses in a narrow sense the management of such resources and optimization of its disposition.
