摘要
党的十六届五中全会提出建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务。五年过去了,从评价新农村建设的五大指标来看,承德农村发生了重大可喜变化,但相对其他指标而言,承德地区的"村容整洁、管理民主"这两大指标略显不足,这成为承德今后工作的重点。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the Party＇s 16th session put forward the significant historic task of constructing socialist new rural areas. After five years, significant changes have occurred in the rural areas of Chengde from five major evaluation indicators of new-type rural construction. Compared with other indicators, the two indicators of＂clean and tidy village＂ and ＂democratic management＂ require more effort, which become the focus of the future.
