摘要
目的通过比较孤独症患儿家庭与正常儿童家庭的父母心理健康状态和家庭功能,评估孤独症患儿对家庭造成的应激冲击,并在个体和家庭整体2个层面为孤独症患儿家庭的心理干预提出建议。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭功能量表(FAD)对76名孤独症患儿家长和125名正常儿童家长,进行问卷调查。结果患儿父母SCL-90的得分与正常父母相比,在强迫症状(t=2.106,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=3.069,P<0.01)、精神病性因子分(t=2.069,P<0.05)以及阳性项目数上存在显著差异(t=2.439,P<0.05)。两组家长的FAD得分,在情感介入(t=2.134,P<0.05)、情感反应因子(t=3.453,P<0.01)和总的功能(t=2.848,P<0.01)上差异明显。结论孤独症患儿家庭的应激状况受到严重负面影响;患儿父母心理健康状况欠佳;家庭功能明显偏低。
Objective To study the stress status of families with autistic children and compare the status of mental health and family functions between parents of autistic children and parents of normal children, and raise some advice on psychological intervention,both individually and entirely as a family. Methods SCL-90 and FAD were applied to 76 parents of autistic children and 125 parents of normal children. Results Compared to control group,parents of autistic children showed higher scores on SCL-90, especially obsessive compulsive （t = 2.106, P〈0. 05 ）, depression （t = 3. 069, P〈0. 01 ）, psychotics （t= 2. 069, P〈0. 05 ） and positive items（t=2. 439,P〈 0. 05）,and family function showed significantly lower level on affective responsiveness （t = 2.134,P〈 0. 05）and involvement（t=3. 453,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Families with autistic children are stressed negatively because of the poor performance of parents＇ mental health and family function.
