摘要
目的调查了解驻疆某部新兵新训前后适应水平的变化,为心理卫生后续工作提供科学依据。方法采用军人适应不良自评量表,对某部258名新兵新训前后适应水平进行测查。结果新兵新训后适应不良各因子分显著低于新训前(t=-2.721,P<0.01);无工作经历新兵在情绪障碍得分上显著高于有工作经历新兵(t=2.354,P<0.05)。适应不良总分与各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.666,P<0.01)。结论驻疆新兵新训后适应水平有显著提高;无工作经历新兵适应能力较差,应及时对其进行心理干预,提高适应能力。
Objective To observe the changes of maladjustment about military recruits before and after training in Xinjiang,and provide scientific basis for extended work of mental health. Methods A total of 258 military recruits were evaluated on the levels of maladjustment before and after training by adopting Self-Rating maladjustment. Results The score of maladjustment was much lower after training than before the drilling (t=-2. 721 ,P〈0. 01) ;the non-experienced recruits were higher than the wellexperienced on their scores of emotional disorders (t = 2. 354,P〈0. 05). The total point of maladjustment was significantly positively correlated to all scores (r=0. 666,P〈0.01). Conclusion The trainability of recruits after drilling has been improved,but the non-experienced recruits have worse adaptability,so they should be offered psychological intervention in time to improve the adaptability.
