摘要
在相同工艺条件下,以5种不同后区牵伸倍数纺制了C18.2 tex和C14.6 tex纱,进行了纱线性能测试,分析了后区牵伸倍数对成纱质量的影响。结论是,后区牵伸倍数为1.38时,C18.2 tex和C14.6 tex纱质量最好,表明后区牵伸倍数趋近临界牵伸倍数时,成纱长毛羽少,条干CV值低,且粗细节、棉结少。
C18. 2tex yam and C14. 6tex yam have been spun with five different break drafts on rign spinning machine. 'fhe performances of the above ring spun yarns were tested and analyzed. The result shows that the performances of C18.2tex yarn and C14.6tex yarn will be best when the break draft is 1.38. The hairiness, CV value of yarn eveness, thick and thin places and neps of the formed yarn will be minimzed when the break draft is near the critical draft.
