姜半夏饮片HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立姜半夏饮片的RP-HPLC指纹图谱。方法 Megres C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,流速0.8mL/min,柱温30℃,建立姜半夏饮片HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度计算。结果该方法可使姜半夏饮片中各成分较好分离,并根据检测结果确定了16个共有指纹峰,建立了姜半夏饮片的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式。10批姜半夏饮片的相似度均大于0.9,且可与半夏药材及姜半夏伪品相区别。结论建立的指纹图谱方法精密度高、重复性好,可以作为姜半夏饮片质量控制的方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish RP-HPLC fingerprint for the Pinellia Rhizoma prepared by ginger and alumen. METHODS Megres C18 column ( 250 mm× 4.6 ram, 5 μm ) was used with a mixture of acetonitriIe-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min; the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The data were analyzed with "Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation" software. RESULTS The chemical constituents of Pinellia Rhizoma Prepared by Ginger and alumen were separated, and 16 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed and the typical fingerprint were established. The similarity of ten lots of Pinellia Rhizoma Prepared by Ginger and alumen was larger than 0. 9. CONCLUSION The method is in good precision and reproducibility, which can he well used in aualitv control of Pinellia Rhizoma Prepared bv Ginger and alumen.
