摘要
针对当前我国烟草行业"卷烟上水平"的基本方针和战略任务,笔者从如何推进卷烟原料保障上水平出发,分析了当前烟叶生产现状,探讨了卷烟原料保障存在的主要问题,并提出了提升原料保障水平的对策。
In term of the basic policy and strategy for ＂cigarette advance＂ in China tobacco industry, the author analyze the current tobacco production status, explore the major issues with regard to cigarette raw material security, and suggest the countermeasures to improve the level of raw material guarantee.
