摘要
为了研究蔗糖浓度对遵义大白姜试管姜诱导的影响,将试管苗接种于6种蔗糖浓度递增的培养基中,在(25±1)℃、光照时间12 h/d、光照度2 500 lx的培养室内分别培养60 d和80 d。结果表明,蔗糖浓度为100 g/L时对遵义大白姜试管姜的诱导效果最显著。
Plantlets from tissue culture of Zingiber officinale cv.Dabaijiang were inoculated in medium with 6 different sucrose concentration and cultured at 2 500 lx(12h/d) and(25±1) ℃ for 60 d and 80 d in order to observe the effects of sucrose concentration on the induction of tube-ginger of Z.officinale cv.Dabaijiang.The results showed that the micro-ginger production was best in tube culture on MS medium supplemented with 100 g/L sucrose.
