摘要
[目的]分析测定驴奶粉中的脂肪酸类化学成分和含量。[方法]采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对驴奶粉中全部脂肪酸的化学成分进行分析与测定。[结果]驴奶粉中含有30多种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸约占总脂肪酸含量的60%。[结论]该研究可为快速、准确测定奶粉中脂肪酸含量和进一步开发驴奶粉产品提供参考。
[ Method] The aim was to analyze and determine the chemical constituents and contents of fatty acid in donkey milk powder. [ Method] The chemical constituents of donkey milk powder fatty acid was analyzed and determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry technique. [ Result] There are thirty fatty acids in donkey milk powder, among which the content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 60.0%. [ Conclusion]The study provides references for the rapid and accurate determination of fatty acid contents in milk powder, and the further development of donkey milk powder products.
