摘要
优秀的企业文化必然影响本企业的财务文化。通过对开滦集团财务文化建立原则、建设目标和体系以及如何推进企业财务文化建设进行了分析阐述,提出了建议和措施。
The outstanding enterprise culture is bound to affect the enterprise financial culture.This paper expounds the principles,goals and system for establishing Kailuan Group financial culture,analyzes how to promote enterprise financial culture establisment,and then gives some suggestions and measures.
