摘要
通过对非传统安全的理论分析,并对南京青奥会的特点进行研究,认为南京青奥会的安保风险属于非传统安全,主要有管理保卫风险、公共安全风险以及恐怖活动风险三大类,其中公共安全风险又分为交通拥堵风险、食品安全风险、旅游安全风险、社会治安风险,最后对如何预防进行了基本阐述。
Through the analysis about theoretical of non-traditional security and the characteristics of the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing,the article thinks that the Nanjing Youth Olympic security risk is non-traditional security,the main security risk including security risk management,public safety risks and the risk of terrorist activity,which the public safety risk is divided into traffic congestion risk,food safety risks,travel safety risk,the risk of social order,and finally the article carried out on how to prevent the basic risk.
