摘要
在"三从一大"训练原则的基础上,结合近年来对运动训练基本规律,特别是基于训练活动规律和运动项目规律的初步认识,提出了"三从一专"训练原则。并重点论述了"三从一专"训练原则的提出背景、基本依据与主要内容,以及"个性化"训练、"专项化"训练的实质。
This article put forward the principle of "Three Requirements and Special Project" in the basic of "Three Requirements and Heavy Load" principle,combined with the basic law of sports training,especially based on the understanding of training activities law and sports project law in recent years.The article focuses on the proposition background,basic foundation and main contents of "Three Requirements and Special Project" principle,as well as the essence of individual training and special training.
