苯硅醇改性环氧树脂的透明性及耐湿热性能 被引量:1

Transparency and Hygrothermal Properties of Epoxy Resin Modified with Phenylsilanol

摘要 利用一苯基硅三醇单体(CAB)为改性剂,与环氧树脂(EP)接枝共聚,制备EP-CAB共聚物。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构表征,通过透光率、折射率、热重分析(TGA)、吸水率和接触角等手段,对其光学性能、耐热性和耐湿性分析。结果表明,共聚物分子链上有Si-O-C键生成;当CAB质量分数为10%时,EP-CAB共聚物的折射率为1.5337,在300 nm~800 nm紫外-可见范围内,其透光率均高于80%,优于EP;CAB的加入使共聚物的耐热性明显提高;当CAB质量分数为10%时,其接触角和吸水率分别为85.1°和0.2125%。 EP-CAB copolymers were prepared by graft polymerization using epoxy resin(EP) and phenylsilanol monomer(CAB).The structures of EP-CAB copolymers were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).The optical properties,heat resistance and waterlogging tolerance of copolymers were analyzed by the index,transmittance,TGA,water absorption and contact angle.The results indicate that Si-O-C bond is formed in molecular chains of EP-CAB copolymers.The index reaches 1.5337 after modification with CAB of 10%.In ultraviolet-visible range 300 nm to 800 nm,the transmittance of copolymers is above 80%.With adding CAB,the heat resistance of copolymers significantly improves.When CAB mass fraction is 10%,the water absorption and contact angle of copolymers is 0.2125% and 85.1°,respectively.
