摘要
目的:调查急诊科留观患者家属的心理状况,为临床提供相应的医疗和护理对策。方法:采用一般调查问卷法,以症状自评量表评定心理健康状况,以量表中各因子均分作为指标。结果:急诊病房留观患者家属的强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等方面与常模相比有显著差异(t=6.24,5.16,6.40,6.44,2.05,2.81,P<0.01);女性家属比男性家属更容易产生焦虑、抑郁及强迫情绪(t=2.09,2018,2.84;P=0.049,0.032,0.005);患者家属配偶易产生焦虑与偏执情绪(t=2.08,2.09,P<0.05);受教育程度高的患者家属比受教育程度低的家属易产生焦虑和抑郁情绪(t=2.02,2.49;P<0.05)。结论:对急诊留观患者家属必须实施个性化的心理干预,以促进患者的早日康复。
Objective：Investigate the mental health status of observed patients famliy in emergency department to provide corresponding medical and nursing advice.Methods：The symptom checklist was adopted to assess the mental health status of subjects and the mean value of its specific index were used as specific targets.Results： Compared with norm,the scores of the observed patients famliy were significantly higher on the factors of compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid（t=6.24,5.16,6.40,6.44,2.05,2.81,P〈0.01）;female were easier to cause compulsive,depressive,anxiety than male（t=2.09,2018,2.84;P=0.049,0.032,0.005）;spouse were trend to more depressive and anxiety（t=2.08,2.09,P〈0.05;interestingly,the scores of the poor-educated famliy were significantly higher on the factors of depression and anxiety compared to the well-educated famliy（t=2.02,2.49;P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The personalized psychological intervations should be taken to the observed patients famliy in emergency department,will promote the patient soon to be restored to health.
