摘要
文章首先对创意产业及产业遗产改造再利用等概念进行了解读,继而通过实证及相关数据阐述了创意产业与产业遗产改造再利用二者结合的现状与特征,并分析了其结合的可能性与必然性等内在成因。其后又以南京为例,介绍了该地区利用产业遗产改造发展创意产业的现状概况,研究分析了其空间布局特征,归纳整理出其功能模式类型,并概括总结出其发展趋向。最后,在现状调研与实证分析的基础上提出了在利用产业遗产发展创意产业时应注重规划引领,重视遗产保护,实现整体改善。
Based on the analysis and interpretation of the concept of creative industry and adaptive reuse of industry heritage, the paper discusses the combination of possibility and necessity of the two things. Then the paper takes Nanjing for example and studies the status quo, layout, style, trend and suggestion of developing creative industry by adaptive reuse of industry heritage.
