摘要
目的研究微波照射染菌甲基丙烯酸树脂的消毒效果。方法采用定量杀菌试验方法,分别对甲基丙烯酸树脂试件进行金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞菌悬液染菌,试验组经功率119、462、700W微波分别照射2、3、4、5min,对照组染菌后不消毒处理,分别取样细菌培养,以杀灭对数值(KL)对消毒效果进行评价。结果经462W微波照射3min,对甲基丙烯酸树脂表面的大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值>3.0,462 W微波照射4min,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>3.0,700W微波照射枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞5min的杀灭对数值>5.0。结论微波照射甲基丙烯酸树脂,可以达到消毒灭菌的要求,操作简便、省时高效,可用于甲基丙烯酸树脂义齿的消毒。
OBJECTIVE To study the effectiveness of microwave irradiation on the disinfectioff of contaminated acrylic resin. METHODS With suspension quantitative inactivation test, the bacterial-infection models were separately constructed on suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spore to acrylic resin. The experiment group was irradiated separately for 2, 3, 4 and 5 min with the microwave power of 119 w, 462 w and 700 w. The control group was not disposed with any disinfection method after bacterial-infection. The colonies were counted after sampling, inoculation and culture, which were used to deduce the killing log value as the standard for the measurement of disinfecting efficiency. RESULTS Microwave irradiation at 462 w on E. coli contamination for 3 min, the killing log value was 〉3.0. With the Same microwave irradiation on S. aureus contamination for 4 min, the killing log value was 〉3.0. Microwave irradiation at 700 w on B. subtilis vat. niger spore contamination for 5 min, the killing log value was 〉 5. 0. CONCLUSION Microwave irradiation on acrylic resin can achieve disinfection. It is convenient, effective and easy to conduct. It could be applied in the disinfection of acrylic resin dentures.
