应用BT-112D综合评价系统监测医疗器械清洗流程分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的寻找清洗流程中可控制的关键点,找出流程中的薄弱环节,为质量持续改进提供依据。方法将2010年12月16日采用标准规定的清洗流程清洗过的16把医疗器械作为对照组,外院采用改进的清洗流程清洗的8把医疗器械作为试验组,对每把医疗器械均使用荧光测定仪和配套的试剂进行采样监测。结果采用标准流程清洗的16把医疗器械中,RLU值最高的为987 656,最低的为50,仅3把合格,合格率为18.8%;采用新流程清洗的8把医疗器械中,RLU值最高的是3948,最低的是29;6把合格,合格率为75.0%,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论标准流程只适合普通器械,复杂、精密器械应在标准流程基础上增加洗涤次数。 OBJECTIVE To seek the key points and the weak links of cleaning procedures and to provide the basis for continual improvement of the cleaning quality. METHODS A total of 16 medical devices of our hospital cleaned by standard cleaning procedure were taken as the control group and 8 devices of other hospital cleaned by improved cleaning procedure as the experimental group. All devices were sampled and monitored by the fluorescence detector. RESULTS The maximum of RLU value was 987 656 and the minimum was 50 in control group. There were only three qualified instruments in control group cleaned by standard procedure (18. 75%). In the experimental group, the maximum of RLU value was 3948 and the minimum was 29. There were six qualified instruments in experimental group cleaned by improved procedure (75.0%). There were remarkable statistical difference between control and experimental group (P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION Standard cleaning procedure can only be applied to the cleaning of ordinary instruments. For the complex and precise instruments, the frequenciy of standard procedure should be increased.
